SHREWSBURY -
IronNutz(TM), a new line of T-shirts and sporting and athletic gear targeting Ironman triathletes, extreme sports enthusiasts and their supporters will makes its international debut Thursday, November 20 at the Ironman Village in Tempe, AZ.
IronNutz is the first product line offered by What R U Nutz?(TM) (WRUN) a new Massachusetts-based company targeting high-end niche markets that center around specific recreational, lifestyle and sporting activities. The niche "Nutz" products will be sold under the company's What R U Nutz? and Life Is Nutz(TM) marketing banners with their own unique logos, said William Beers, chief executive officer.
Beers said that the IronNutz product line and logo was the first and only choice for the company launch.
"The genesis of What R U Nutz? came from the extraordinary efforts of three amateur triathletes from Massachusetts, Colorado and California who have raised tens of thousands of dollars for those in need through their respective charities. One day, one of them put his picture on a t-shirt under the moniker 'What R U Nutz?' and WRUN was born," Beers said.
"They came together for the first time in Tempe two years ago. So it was only natural that WRUN begin with IronNutz. It's an exciting, dynamic, high-end market and we are thrilled to be able to begin right here and right now," Beers added.
Beers said that IronNutz T-shirts will be sold both at the retail level and online. More information can be found online at www.ironnutz.com and www.whatrunutz.com.
WRUN plans to introduce a new product line within the next 90 days.
